Application Details:

  • Application Methods: Seajet 030 Warrior can be applied using a brush, roller, or spray (professional use only), offering flexibility based on project requirements.
  • Coverage Rate: Theoretical spreading rate is approximately 10 m² per liter, ensuring efficient coverage.

Preparation Requirements:

  • Surfaces must be high-pressure washed (±200 bar) and free of contaminants.

  • New GRP and steel substrates require sanding with P100 abrasive paper followed by Seajet 117 Multipurpose Epoxy Primer.

  • Wood substrates should be sanded and primed with Seajet 015 Underwater Primer.

  • Existing antifouling should be in good condition and compatible, or a barrier coat of Seajet 015 is recommended.

  • Not suitable for use on aluminum.

Technical Specifications:

  • Colours Available: Black, red, and blue.
  • Pack Sizes: Available in 0.75lt and 2.5lt options, making it suitable for small to medium projects.
  • Environmental and Safety Considerations: As with all antifouling paints, handle with care. Avoid skin contact and inhalation of vapors. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight. Follow proper disposal procedures.

Usage Tips:

Mixing: Stir thoroughly until the product is uniformly mixed before application.

Drying Times:

  • Surface dry in 30 minutes at 20°C.

  • Hard dry in 4.5 hours at 20°C.

  • Minimum overcoating interval of 9 hours at 20°C.

  • Maximum overcoating interval is unlimited.

Launch Timing: Maximum immersion time after application is 6 months.
